I felt like a festive beverage was missing from my home spa- bath robe day. So, this bittersweet cognac- spice flavoured beverage was born. This way my pet flamingo can have a bath day as well.

Supplies

1 tablespoon powdered sugar

1 teaspoon instant coffee (or 1.5 teaspoon instant coffee decaff)

1.5 teaspoon cognac

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon clove (or just half of the cinnamon you used)

1/8 teaspoon vanilla powder

milk (or soy milk)

For Serving:

sweetened condensed milk

food colouring

1 kebab stick (you will need to cut it to fit your glass size)

jelly bean candy

Making the Coffee

Place powdered sugar, vanilla powder, instant coffee, clove and cinnamon in a small glass.

Add hot water (fill the glass halfway) and stir.

Making the Two Colour Effect

IMG_20200119_205105.jpg

Add a little bit of sweetened condensed milk in a new glass, in order to create a two colour effect to your drink.
The more sweetened milk you add, the thicker the white bottom layer will be. I chose to add a small amount, like shown in the picture above.

Adding Milk and Cognac to Your Mixture.

Pour the mixture you made in Step 1 in the glass with the condensed milk.
Now add milk until the glass is full, like in the picture.

Add the cognac.

Making the Jelly Bean Decorative.

Cut the kebab stick, according to your glass size.

I cut 1/3 of mine, to fit a small glass without protruding.

Place the jelly beans as shown in the pictures.

Enjoy!
