Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Microwave 6 ounces of dark chocolate with 1 teaspoon of instant coffee, stirring every 15 seconds, until smooth. Coarsely chop 1/3 cup of coffee beans with a large kitchen knife, on a cutting board. Stir one-half of the beans into the melted chocolate, and then pour it onto the parchment paper. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Place 6 ounces of white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave the chocolate, until smooth, stirring every 15 seconds. Add the remaining chopped coffee beans to the white chocolate. Remove the dark chocolate from the freezer, and pour the white chocolate on top. Crush the remaining coffee beans, and sprinkle on top, as a garnish. Return pan to freezer until completely set, about 3 hours.
