Coconut Shortening/Oil As Vegetable Shortening Substitution

Instead of having to use vegetable shortening which, not to mention is quite unhealthy, you can use either coconut shortening or coconut oil. This is a much healthier substitution. This not only makes your meal healthier, but makes it taste even better. I hope this was helpful! Enjoy! ;)
