  1. 250g crystal sugar
  2. 160g grated coconut
  3. 4 egg whites
  4. 40g bread crumbs

Prepare the Oven!

170°C

Normal mode (Both side heat)

you won't have much time between mixing it and putting it into the oven, It might get flat, can't waste time with preheating oven afterwards, so it's better to do it before.

Pour Egg Whites Into a Bowl and Mix

Mix everything, Until you reach this consistency!!! It should be soft like cream, but not runny. Also it should hold shape.

Put It on a Baking Sheet

Put baking paper on a baking sheet. I used water for the paper to stick to the sheet. (I also needed 2 sheets to fit everything)

BAKEE!

IMG_5343.JPG

Put the cookies into the preheated oven (170°C) and bake for 30 minutes.

You can use a toothpick to check the inside. It shouldn’t stick, but it should stay soft. When they’re done, they should have a golden-brown color.

Serving :D
