Coconut Clusters

These cookies are a quick to make but delicious dessert. To make the clusters you will need:

an oven
a cookie sheet with a lip
a hand mixer

2 eggs
3 tablespoons butter
2.5 cups shaved coconut
3/4 cup agave syrup

Melt the butter and then combine all of the ingredients into a bowl and beat them together be sure to thoroughly coat the coconut with the wet mixture.

Place puddles of the mixture onto the cookie sheet with a pile of coconut in the center.

Bake the cookies in a 376 degree F oven for 15 minutes.
