For this project I used the head of an old coat rack I found in the street and turn it into an pot what you will need is :
the top part of the coat rack
* a piece of thin plywood

Cut the Plywood and Glue It

I measured the diameter of the circular part from the top of the wood rack and cut it out with a jigsaw, then i cut a hole in the middle for the rode to pass it .

For the hexagon ribs i measured the distance between the different ribs both top part and bottom and left about 1cm extra for the hexes to Interlock in.

After they are cut glue them with epoxy resin and put a plastic bag on the wood to prevent rot and soil leakage.

And then you are all set to go with a plant pot for whatever you what, i recommend indoor cactus's mini garden
