Coaster Sewing Project- NO PATTERN NEEDED

do you have rings from all of your mugs all around the house? Then this sewing project is right for you! This is a super easy project made from scrap fabric that you can make in less than an hour! Now let’s get started!

The items you need for this project are two pieces of fabric ( 4 inches by 4 inches ), a scissors, pins, some batting ( 4 inches by 4 inches), and most importantly a sewing machine!

To start the coaster you will take you batting and fabrics and put them together. Put the batting in the middle of the fabrics. Make sure the fabric is on the right side.

Let’s start pinning! Pin the fabrics and batting together. I did one on each side

Time to start sewing! Find a stitch on your machine that looks right to you! Then sew all around the square

After you are done sewing start to decorate! I did a stitch in the center going all the way from the end. I also took a piece of fabric and sewed it onto my coaster. You can make it however you want!
