Materials Required
Quilling of Different Length Strips for Clouds
Making of Raibow Look With Multi Colour Tapes
Making of Support Strips With Card Board and Multicolour Metalic Lace
Sewing of All Parts Together
Joining of Quilled Tops With Glue to Give Cloudy Look and Sewing of Pearls to Form Rain Drops
Final Look:)
