Cloud Bread- 3 Ingredient Gluten Free Bread

This is a great limited ingredient recipe especially for those who can't have gluten. It is best served with butter and jam or any other topping you can think of./p>
Supplies
4 eggs (separated)
1/6 teaspoon cream of tartar
4 tablespoons of softened cream cheese or greek yogurt
Separate the Eggs

Take 4 eggs and separate into two bowls*, one yolks and one whites.
*I suggest using a slightly smaller bowl because once all combined the final mixture will be in the egg yolk bowl.
Whipping the Egg Whites

Before whipping the egg whites, stir 1/6 of a teaspoon (a little less than 1/4) of cream of tartar into your egg whites.
Next, with a beater or a whisk, beat the eggs into stiff peaks. You should be able to lift the whisk out of the bowl and they will hold their shape.
Mix the Cream Cheese/greek Yogurt Into Egg Yolks
Next, stir the four tablespoons of greek yogurt/cream cheese into the egg yolks
Combining the Yolk Mixture With the Egg Whites

Next, very slowly fold the half of the whipped egg whites into the egg yolk mixture until fully combined.
Add the next half using the same method as before.
Baking

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place around 9 dollops of the mixture onto the tray and spread with a spoon or a spatula to flatten them out.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Enjoy!

Allow them to cool for at least an hour.
You can put any topping you want on them but they are really great with butter and some jelly.
