Cleaning Sneakers

Many people wo just like cleanliness or have white or expensive shoes might like to keep them clean, but don't want to buy expensive products to do so.

In this instructable I will show you just how to clean your sneakers without worrying a bit about money

The Items I used to clean my sneakers are household things and you most likely won't have to spend a dollar extra.

First item is dish soap, sounds crude and basic, but it works.

2nd. Disposable toothbrush, just trust me

3rd. just a paper towel,

4th. clean water in a container

Simple household items that can give results that mirror a professional and commercial sneaker cleaning product.

in order for all this to work you must prepare your stuff.

First mix the water and soap. You do not need a ton of soap for this to work just a little.

Second fold your paper towel to be easier to hold and fit in your hand.

The Sneakers im cleaning are my Jordan SC3 s

as you can see the bottom and sides are dirty with mud

I hold one shoe at a time between my legs to hold in in place while I clean

dip the bristols of the toothbrush into the soapy water

Start scrubbing the dirty part of the shoe with your soapy wet toothbrush and watch as the suds and dirt come up

Scrub as hard as you want, if the bristols van be used on teeth and gums it is safe for your sneakers.

once your brush gets mud and dirt in between the bristols simply rinse it under water or dip it back into your soapy water and it will back in action.

Wipe off the suds and water with your folded paper towel so that its completely dry,

Repeat this process of scrub and wipe until you get it to the cleanliness you desire.

From Doing this process multiple times on all sides of the shoe you can clean all sides of the shoe

Just keep Scrubbing

if the soap gets on the leather no big deal, just wipe it off

by the end, depending on how dirty the shoe is, the paper towel and water will be very dity
