Hi fellow creative people!
Let’s make a bird nest!
This project is very easy to do, ideal for beginners.
You can use any type of clay, here I used Air-Dry Terra Cotta clay from Crayola.

Supplies

Clay (any type will work!)

Paint (optional)

Roll Some Clay

Roll some clay into a ball, and after that roll it into a string as thin as you want.
I like making mine very thin.

Using the rolled out string of clay, tightly make it into a swirl.
Then continue into a spiral, building on top of the base, making it wider as you go.

Make the Eggs

Now, let’s make the eggs! roll three (or as many as you want) pieces of clay into balls, and form it a bit more pointier at the end.
Then, stick them in the nest, or if your painting them, let them dry separately and then glue them in after painting.

Good Job!
Now it’s done! Once it is dry, you have the option to paint it any color you desire.
Bye! 🤗
