Classic and Delicious Banana Bread Recipe
      
      In this Instructable, learn how to make my favorite banana bread recipe with its super-moist delicious, banana, and sweet sugar flavor. This classic banana bread recipe is the best way to use overripe bananas.
Supplies
      Hardware:
- 8x4 inch baking pan
 - Mixing bowl
 
Software:
- Cooking spray
 - 3 medium ripe bananas, peeled
 - ⅓ cup (76g) butter, unsalted, melted, cooled
 - ½ teaspoon baking soda
 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt
 - ¾ cup (150g) sugar
 - 1 large egg, beaten
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1 ½ cups (205g) all-purpose flour
 
Prepare
      
      Preheat the oven to 350 F (175 C).
Grease an 8x4 baking pan with the cooking spray of your choice.
Mash Bananas and Add Butter
      
      Peel the bananas and mash them in a mixing bowl with a fork until smooth.
Melt the butter in the microwave and add to the mixing bowl.
Stir until combined.
Combine Dry Ingredients, Egg and Flour Mixture
      
      
      Mix baking soda, kosher salt, sugar, and vanilla extract in the same bowl.
Stir in beaten egg.
Mix in the flour.
Whisk until completely combined and the mixture is smooth.
Bake the Bread
      
      Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan using a spoon.
Bake for 65 minutes at 350 F (175 C), or until the outer layer is nicely golden.
Cool
      Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Serve and Enjoy
      Slice the bread into 1/2 inches using a bread knife and Enjoy!
