Circle of Life - Compost

Compost is a key element of gardening. Think of gardening as circle, you grow the food, you eat the food and you return the scraps to the soil to feed next year's plantings.
I keep a bowl in my kitchen counter, every time I peel a veggie or crack an egg I throw the refuse in the bowl. I do not add prepared food or meat. Only veggie and fruit scraps plus egg shells and coffee grounds go into my golden bowl.
When the bowl is full I add the scraps to my Ninja food processor and grind it down. Once ground, I mix it into the garden soil.
Voila!
