Hinge Joint
Here's the joint I was given.
Circle & Square Joint
First step was to sketch out the lines. The graph on the left and on the right are the two different views of the piece that rotate in the middle; the graph in the middle is the two pieces that stand on the sides that hold the rotating piece.
Make the Lines Become 3D Objects
I first built the 2D lines of the object, then offset(both sides) them and made the 3D object.
Also, in order to get the circle hole on the surface, I made a cylinder in to the rectangle and booleaned them.
The tricky part was I need to calculate the straight distance between the center of the circle and the edge of the rectangle, otherwise the final product will not work. Othe another tricky part was I need the make the diagonal of the square equal to the diameter of the circle, so that the joint can rotate.
When every steps were done, I putted them together, form the lines and moved to Carbide Create.

Glue Them
Put some glue in between and apply force on them to make the joint stable.
