Cinnamon Baked Doughnuts

Are you looking you a delicious dessert or snack? These doughnuts are for you. They are super simple and easy to make, and they are amazing! NOTE: YOU WILL NEED A DOUGHNUT BAKING TRAY.

Prepare Your Indgredients

2 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/2 cups sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 1 extra-large egg, lightly beaten 1 1/4 cups whole milk 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Put all of your dry ingredients into a big bowl.

2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg.

Mix together all of your dry ingredients.

Put all of your wet ingredients into a separate bowl.

1 extra-large egg, lightly beaten, 1 1/4 cups whole milk, 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract.

Mix all of your wet ingredients together.

Mix your wet and dry ingredients into a bowl.

Mix your wet and dry ingredients to make your batter.

Prepare your baking trays with cooking spray, butter, or coconut oil.

But your dough into a ziplock or plastic bag.

Fill your baking trays 3/4 full with your dough.

Put your doughnuts into the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until slightly brown on outsides.

Take your doughnuts out of the oven.

Prepare to dip your doughnuts.

In a bowl mix 1/2 a cup of sugar and 1/2 a cup of cinnamon. In another bowl melt 5 tablespoons of butter.

Dip your doughnut into the butter and then into the mix.
