Château De Air Mattress

Here's a true backyard project for ya! Hopefully, this build does not need much explanation,
so just enjoy!

• 24 Wine bags (22 metallic and 2 clear for viewing the seabed:-)
• 1 Roll of duct tape

For once my collecting habit paid off! I lined up all 24 wine bags on a soft padding. I had deflated all the bags so they lay flat on the ground, valves up. Then I started to tape up all the aligned bags. Short sides first then the full length. I had two clear bags, became windows to the deep uknown:-)

Turned the mattress over and repeated the operation…

I know, I know… a no-brainer! But this being an instructable… bare with me!

I know you're thinking this is something Leonardo Da Vinci could have dreamt up, but remember metallic wine bags were not around at his time.

Luckily we have a small lake/pond in our backyard. Best place to try the concept and boy did we test!

So this worked better than I hoped for and I would love to go bigger the next time:-)
As some of you might have noticed, I added 3 more bags to the length… now it fits me perfectly!
