Chorizo Zucchini Skewers With Onions Recipe
Ingredients:
4 chorizo sausages
2 onions
1 zucchini
salt, pepper, paprika
wooden skewers
Preparation
Cut the chorizo sausages in slices, the onions in pieces & the zucchini in half moons. Impale them alternately on the wooden skewers. Scatter salt, pepper & paprika on top and place them on an oven plate. Put them in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air.
Finish
After about 30 minutes they are ready to serv and enjoy. Look at my other work.
