This is some delicious chocolate yoghurt cubes I came up with yesterday. They turned out really surprisingly well and I will definately be making them again!

You will need:

  • Icecube container
  • Freezer
  • Microwave (or other way to melt chocolate)
  • Bowl and cutlery

Ingredience:

  • Coffee powder (1 tea spoon)
  • Greek yoghurt (3-4 table spoons)
  • Coco powder (4 tea spoons)
  • Sugar (2 tea spoons)
  • Dark chocolate (for melting) (optional amount)

I didn't measure while in the process, so you might want to taste while mixing and adding ingredience of your choice.

Mix!

Mix the all of the ingredience together, without the chocolate. Mix it all in a bowl and stir till it becomes smooth.

Remember to taste it to find out if you want to add more of anything :)

Freeze

Put the mixture into the icecube tray and let it freeze until fully stiff. I let it stay there over night.

Melt Chocolate

Melt the chocolate in the microwave until it becomes liquid.

Decorating and Adding Final Touch

Decorate the cubes with the melted chocolate. It doesn't matter if you put a little too much chocolate on top, because it is not only there to look good, it is also added due to the amazing taste.

Now you are done! Eat up, and let me know if you liked it!
