Chocolate Sougdough Bead

Things You will need
- One Large bowl
- Two 9x5 loaf Pans
- Dry ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 (3.9 oz) Packages Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
- Wet ingredients
- 1 cup Sourdough Stater ( here is ours)
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract (we used homemade extract)
Let's Get It Started

Preheat oven to 350º
F (175º C). Lightly Grease two 9x5 loaf pans (We use a spray with flour in it. If you grease the pan with shortening (and then add flour) the bread might turn green!!! It's still fine to eat, just a weird color.)
Dry Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl stir together dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and Chocolate Pudding Mix).
Wet Ingredients

Make a well in the center of the bowl.
Add wet ingredients to well (sourdough starter, oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract).
Mix well.
Divide and Conquer

Pour batter into prepared loaf pans
Time for a Little Heat

Bake until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean, about 60 min.
Cool Down and Relax

Cool on a wire rack for 10 min. before removing from pan.
One Last thing. Just sit back and enjoy. It's really good with whipped cream.
