Chocolate Raspberry Truffles

Homemade chocolate layered Rasberry truffles!
Blend Frozen Raspberries

Put frozen raspberries in the food processor, until it is in a fine mixture.
Melt the Chocolate Chips

Boil water in a pot, and add a bowl on top to heat the chocolate chips so they melt. Add in heavy cream, to make a thicker chocolate consistency.
Add Melted Chocolate to Cupcake Holder and Frozen Raspberries

Once your chocolate is melted, pack it into the bottom of the cupcake holder. We used mini ones. Make sure to add liners, so the chocolate doesn't stick to the bottom. Once the chocolate is packed on the bottom, add a layer of the frozen, fine raspberries. Throw in the freezer until frozen.
Add Another Layer of Chocolate

Once the raspberry layer is frozen, add the final layer of chocolate and pack it in on top. Throw back in the freezer and take out and enjoy once frozen!
