I am making chocolate peanut butter crackers, you can get all the ingredients listed from any grocery store Lucky's, Walmart, Target, Food Max, etc, (Hi Mr. Gadd this is Bella Placencia) #hms2020

Supplies

1. any type of Ghirardelli chocolate

2. plain Ritz crackers

3. peanut butter (try to use smooth and not chunky)

4. toothpicks

5. bowl

6. fridge

7. microwave

Be Clean

Whenever cooking or baking it's important to make sure your clean, nobody will eat your food if your hands were dirty while cooking it. Thoroughly wash your hands for 20 seconds and dry them completely. Also make sure you have room in your fridge you'll need it.

Preparing the Crackers

Now you get peanut butter from a spoon or butter knife and spread it in between two Ritz crackers. After that microwave Ghiradelli chocolate, a minute at a time until the chocolate is melted.

After, get a toothpick and poke it on one side of the ritz cracker. Carefully put the cracker with the toothpick on it into the bowl with the melted chocolate ( make sure the whole cracker is dipped in and not just the bottom)

Now that you have the toothpick with the cracker you can put it on a tray to let it cool. Repeat the steps for as many times as you want to make the crackers. I like to just look at the tray every 20 minutes to see if the chocolate is dried. Once the chocolate is dried the crackers are all done. Enjoy!

Conclusion

My project worked, but they were not the neatest cookies ever. When you microwave it you should do it for like 20 seconds then mix it and microwave it more if you need to ( I burned the chocolate the first time I microwaved it). It's hard to dip the crackers into the chocolate so you might get chocolate on you.
