Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
There is nothing quiet as good as peanut butter and chocolate. Everything is better with peanut butter and chocolate. These delicious cookies are no exception.
Set Out Your Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 Tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix Dry Ingredients
Mix flour, cocoa, and baking soda; set aside.
Cream Butter and Sugar
In a large mixing bowl combine butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter. Beat until well combined. Add egg, milk, and vanilla; beat until incorporated. Stir in flour and cocoa mixture.
Make Peanut Butter Filling
In a medium bowl combine
3/4 cup of powdered sugar
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1 Tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Once combined shape into 32 round balls.

Form and Bake the Cookies
Take the chocolate dough and form it into 32 balls. Form the chocolate dough into patties. Shape the chocolate patties around the balls of peanut butter, until the peanut butter balls are completely covered with the chocolate dough. Flatten the dough back into a patty and put on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes or until done. Cool then move to cooling rack.
