Chocolate Lollipops
delicious chocolate shapes on stick's.
Supplies
Chocolate chips,
Microwavable bowl, and/or double boiler pans, Metal spoon, Skewers or lollipop sticks, Lollipop molds, Spatula.
Melting
Pour the chocolate chips into the bowl. For best results, use a double boiler to melt the chocolate, but it can be melted in the microwave if watched closely to make sure it doesn’t burn. Stir occasionally.
Shaped
Pour or spoon the chocolate into the molds.
Chocolate
Add the lollipop sticks or skewers. Twist the stick to make sure it is coated by the chocolate.
Done
Refrigerate if the weather is warm. Do not freeze during the hardening process or your chocolate may weep.
