Sift in flour and cocoa. Add chocolates and mix to a dough. If it is too dry, add milk. If the mixture is too wet, add more flour.

Knead dough gently on a lightly floured surface. Divide into two and shape into bricks. Cut a slice off a brick and lay it on a baking sheet. Shape the cookie gently and round the edges. To finish, press on the top with a fork.

After cooking for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees, check they are cooked by stabbing with a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out clean they are cooked and you can now prise the cookies onto a cooling rack and enjoy!

These cookies are best served warm with a glass of milk. Sit back, relax and enjoy a cookie
