235ml / 1 Cup Double Cream

100g / 1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar

200g / 1 and 1/4 Cup Dark Chocolate

1tbsp Butter

Pinch of Salt

1tsp Vanilla Extract

Heat up the double cream in a saucepan. Add in the sugar and stir well. Next, pour in the dark chocolate and mix together. Finally add the butter, salt and vanilla.

12 Oreo Cookies

6 Scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream

355 / 2 and 1/2 Cups Milk

Add the Oreo cookies, ice cream and milk to a blender and pulse until all the ingredients have combined.
