Chocolate Drizzled Orange Truffles

IMG_5386.jpg

Of all of the colors of the rainbow, I think orange is probably the least used color of all. I decided I wanted to feature the color orange in my Instructable and give this color a little love! I enjoy eating oranges and I also enjoy creamsicle ice cream bars in the summer. At Christmas they sell those chocolate covered orange candies that you eat like the fruit. I was inspired to make this Instructable by that candy. My truffles are very creamy with the flavor of orange in every bite. And I wanted them to have a semi-sweet chocolate drizzle on top. They turned out quite tasty and very pretty! I hope you decide to give this recipe a try. Here is how you can make them, step by step.
