Chocolate Cupcakes : Fast, Easy and Delicious!

Ingredients required :

- 100 grams of dark chocolate

- 95 grams of butter

- 3 eggs

- 115 grams of white powder sugar

- 40 grams of white flour

Melt the butter with the chocolate, mix to smooth. Let it cool down.

- Put the eggs in a bowl and stir in the sugar slowly.

Then add the flour, then the butter-chocolate mixture.

- Distribute the preparation in small baking paper (or silicone) molds, without exceeding three quarters of the height. (It is very important because the cupcakes are going to form in the oven and we would not want for the cupcake to be overloaded.

- Bake for 15 minutes at 180 ° C. (more or less 15 minutes, check after a certain time and put it more or less depending on the texture. You know that the cooking is finished when the blade of a knife inserted in the heart of the cake comes out very dry. )
