Wash Strawberries and Dry

In this step, you will wash your strawberries and make sure they are dry so the chocolate sticks to them. Also add tooth picks to strawberries so it’s easy to dip in chocolate later.

Warm Chocolate

You will want to get a container that doesn't burn, after you found that put as much chocolate as you might need. In my case I only used as much chocolate as its showed in the picture. You will want to warm up chocolate for about 1 minute, after take it out and mix around. This is when you will add the coconut oil, then put the chocolate back in for 30 seconds and mix.

Adding Color to Chocolate

In step 3 you will have your chocolate melted already so now grab what ever food coloring of choice. Mix really good so get the perfect color!

Dip Strawberries

This step is very important, you want to make sure that you are bouncing the strawberry up and down in chocolate to avoid air bubbles. There is a video attached on how to dip strawberries.

Get Chocolate to Drizzle

Grab a ziploc bag, put a chocolate inside but dont over do it because it can over fill. Warm up chocolate in bag for 30 seconds a time until it melts. MAKE SURE YOU DONT PUT IT IN MICROWAVE FOR TO LONG BECAUSE IT CAN BURN!!!!!! After chocolate has melted, add your color of choice. Cut a small hole at the tip of the bag. Drab your strawberry at an angle and start drizzling, a back and forth motion on strawberry.

Letters and Hearts

As your strawberry’s dry, you can start on letters and hearts. You can use the same chocolate you use for drizzle if you still have left overs, if not just repeat the same process with chocolate in bag as Step 5. Put color of choice for words, I recommend darker so that the words and hearts pop out. Put letter mold in freezer for 5 minutes ( more time might be needed just keep an eye out on them).

Shredded Paper in Box

While you wait for letters and hearts to be ready you can start on the box. Grab a good amount of shredded paper and add it in box. Spread it around to give it a filled look.

Put Cups on Strawberries and Placing in Box

Put strawberries in cups. Then organize them in box in what ever way you desire.

Sticks Letters and Hearts

Now that letters and hearts are done you can stick them on strawberries. I did these strawberries for a friends birthday so I wrote “feliz cumple anos” but of course write whatever you want. I put hearts on each corner to add a little more.
