Chocolate-Covered Strawberries and Melting Marshmallow Snowmen on 16 Fudge Brownies

This dessert is a fun idea to create, if you do it with a box mix it is a fun, easy, and sweet treat to make for you and your family. You also do not have to create both the snowmen and strawberries, you can do one or whichever one you are in the mood for!

There are 3 parts of ingredients and supplies needed for this project.
- Duncan Hines Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix -or any other brownie mix-
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons water
- ⅔ cup vegetable oil
- Mix in package
- Snowman Tops:
- Large Marshmallows
- - To Make Melted Part; Cinnamon Roll Frosting -
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 4 ounces of cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons milk can be substituted with heavy cream or half-and-half
- Milk Chocolate Chips OR chocolate candy melts
- Orange Sprinkles
- Chocolate Covered Strawberries:
- Milk Chocolate Chips
- Strawberries
Materials:
- Bowls x4
- Spatula
- 8x8(or other) baking pan
- Bowl with pouring lip
- Measuring spoons & cups
- Toothpicks
- Hand mixer
*You can also make your own homemade brownies with *these* ingredients and instructions* - no pictures of homemade-
- 6 tablespoons (85g) unsalted butter
- 4 tablespoons light olive oil or canola oil
- 1 ⅓ cups (265g) granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup (47g) lightly packed brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon fine sea salt, reduce to 1/2 teaspoon if sensitive to salt
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup (65g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 3/4 cup (98g) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
*Homemade Brownies -
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper OR non-stick baking spray
- Fully melt butter and oil in medium saucepan on medium heat or in a mug in the microwave
- While butter and oil are still warm, mix them in a bowl with sugar, salt, and vanilla extract until blended fully
- Stir in cocoa powder and let cool for a few minutes so the mixture is warm NOT HOT
- Once cooled, add in eggs and stir until smooth
- Then mix in flour and baking powder
- Spread mixture in pan and put in oven on middle rack
- Bake for about 35 minutes until edges look dry and middle is slightly underbaked
- Take out and let cool and cut into 16(optional)squares
- Once cooled put onto a flat pan(or plate) to decorate
Brownies - Step 1-

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

- Line 8x8 baking dish with canola oil spray OR other non-stick spray

- Put mix in a bowl and mix in water, eggs, and vegetable oil

- Mix together until smooth
Brownies - 5

- Line the baking dish with the mixture, and spread to be even
- Once the oven is preheated, place baking dish on middle rack of oven and bake for about 35 minutes

- Once baked, take out and let cool for 15 - 20 minutes
- Once cooled, cut into 16 squares
- Then place on flat pan and wait to decorate

Decorated Marshmallows:
- Melt a ½ cup(or more) of candy melts

- Use toothpick and make holes in the shape of eyes and a mouth

- Then put chocolate on toothpick and put into the face holes

- Put 1 orange sprinkle in the center for the nose
- Make eight and put them aside to do icing

Icing:
- Put in mixing bowl with pour spout melted butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cream cheese, and milk

- Mix together (with hand mixer) until smooth

- Drizzle on top of half of the brownies
- Place decorated marshmallows on top
Strawberries - 1

Chocolate Covered Strawberries -
- Wash and dry 8 strawberries
Strawberries - 2

- Melt dipping chocolate(CAN USE LEFT OVER FROM MARSHMALLOWS)
Strawberries - 3

- Put in a bowl and dip strawberries and let harden

- Place strawberries on the other set of brownies and. . .
