Lay Out Your Almonds
Lay down a piece of wax paper to put your Almonds on (and other nuts of your choice, as you can see by the photo I also used pecans).
Melt Your Chocolate
Take your melting chocolate and put it in the microwave. Microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring in between. When the chocolate is mostly melted with only a few lumps left, take it out and continue stirring. The heat from the stirring will melt the other lumps of chocolate without over cooking the chocolate.
Cover the Almonds
Spoon the chocolate onto the Almonds covering them enough so when the chocolate hardens all of them will stick together
Garnish
Apply a pinch of sea salt on top.
If you wish, you can also melt some vanilla melting chocolate the same way as before and lightly spoon it over the now formed Almond Clusters.
