Add Coke and Cool!

Carefully whisk in Coke, it may seem like it is way too much coke and far too much liquid but go ahead and keep whisking until combined. Once it cools, the coke will combine with the gelatin. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes, until it begins to thicken. Keep an eye on it (Stir 2-3 times).

Whipped Cream.

Add Whip Cream to Mixture.

Place Into Serving Cups

Remove the mousse from refrigerator, decorate with whipped cream, serve and enjoy!

Strangely enough this Coca Cola chocolate mousse has an oddly satisfying taste. The coke is not overpowering, but there is a hint of it in every bite.

Enjoy!
