Chocolate Chip Muffins

How do you make some of the most delicious chocolate chip muffins ever baked? Look through this instructable to find out. This recipe is perfect for breakfast on days when time is not an issue, as it takes about half an hour to prepare. This recipe makes 1 dozen (12) muffins.

Ingredients

* 3/4 cups of Milk
* 1/2 cup of Vegetable Oil
* 1 Egg
* 1 cup of All-Purpose Flour
* 1 cup of Whole Wheat Flour
* 1/3 cup of Sugar
* 3 teaspoons of Baking Powder
* 1 teaspoon of Salt
* 1 cup of Chocolate Chip

Oven

Heat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit.

Muffin Cups

Put 12 muffin cups in two muffin pans.

Wet Ingredients

Mix the milk, vegetable oil, and egg together in a large bowl.

Dry Ingredients

Mix the other ingredients (All-Purpose and Whole Wheat Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, Salt, and Chocolate Chips) together in a different, medium-sized bowl.

Mixing

Pour the contents of the "Dry Ingredient" (Flour, Salt, Baking Soda, Chocolate Chips, Sugar) bowl into the "Wet Ingredient" bowl.

Stirring

Stir the contents of the bowl until the batter is moistened. At this point the batter will be lumpy.

Dividing the Batter

Put the batter into the muffin cups. The batter will probably be very sticky, so an additional spoon may be needed to scrape the batter off of the first.

Bake the Muffins

Put the two muffin pans in the oven.
