Chocolate Chip Energy Bites

Ingredients
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 cup natural peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups oats
1/2 flax seed or 1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup raisins (Optional)
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Use parchment paper or wax paper to line the pan.
Heating Up and Mixing Together

In a microwave safe bowl, add coconut, peanut butter, and honey. Microwave in 30 second intervals till the coconut is melted. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Shaping the Dough

Make small balls and place on the pan
Refrigerate!
Put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Or if you're not patient enough just eat the cookies without letting it cool.
