Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed light-brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups (about 12 ounces) semisweet and/or milk chocolate chips
Preheat Oven to 350
Gather All Dry Ingredients Into One Bowl (leave Chocolate Chips Out)
Gather All Moist Ingredients Into a Different Bowl
Put All Ingredients Into One Bowl, Whip Thoroughly.
Add Chocolate Chips.
Whip Again.
Put 8 Balls of Dough on Each Pan (2)
Put in Oven for 12 Minutes.
When Done, Let Them Sit for 5 Minutes.
Repeat Steps 7-9 With the Rest of the Dough.
Let Cookies Cool Off for 15-20 Minutes.
