Chocolate Chip Cookies
Required Ingredients
1.) 3/4 cups of butter
2.) 2 cups of chocolate chips
3.) 2 cooking pans
4.) 2 eggs
5.) 2 1/2 cups of flour
6.) Cooling Racks
7.) Spatula
8.) Kosher salt
9.) Hand sifter
10.) Measuring cups
11.) Mixer
12.) Mixing bowl
13.) 1 teaspoon of vanilla
14.) 1/2 teaspoon of salt
15.) 3/4 teaspoon of baking soda
16.) 1 cup of brown sugar
17.) 1/2 cup of granulated salt
How to Bake
1.) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
2.) Put the 1 cup of butter (softened) into the mixing bowl
3.) Put 1/2 cup of sugar in the mixing bowl
4.) Put 1 cup of brown sugar into the mixing bowl
5.) Put 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt into the mixing bowl
6.) Mix ingredients (if you have a stand mixer, set the mixing speed to 6, or medium high speed) until its done
7.) Put 2 1/2 cups of flour in the hand sifter
8.) Put 1 teaspoon of baking soda in the hand sifter
9.) Put 1/2 cups of flour into the hand sifter
10.) Sift the ingredients
11.) Put 1 teaspoon of vanilla into the mixing bowl
12.) Mix ingredients (if you have a stand mixer, mix at the lowest speed)
13.) Put 1 egg into the mixing bowl, mix, and stop
14.) Repeat steps 12-13 one more time
15.) Put 1/3 amount of the sifted flour into the mixing bowl while mixing
16.) Repeat step 15 two more times
17.) Put 12 ounces of chocolate chips into the mixing bowl and mix
18.) Scoop 6 scoops of cookie dough onto the cooking pan, and cook for 16 minutes
19.) DIG IN!!!
