Chocolate Cake W/white Chocolate

Got Recipe from book called ショコラ by 渡辺麻紀
Ingredients:
- Dark Chocolate (300g)
- Butter (100g)
- Cocoa Powder (60g)
- Flour (20g)
- Eggs (4)
- Granulated Sugar (70g)
- White Chocolate (50g)
- Dried Raspberries (Or anything else you want to use to decorate)
Equipments:
- Cake Mold
- 2 Large Bowls
- Pot for boiling water
- Sifter
- Cutting Board
- Knife
- Spatula
- Electric Mixer
Preperation

- Chop chocolate
- Cut butter
- Sift flour and cocoa powder
- Boil water in pot
Later on:
- Pre-heat oven to 170°
- Melt butter and put it around the cake mold
Mix

- Mix the chocolate and butter together until it melts in a large bowl (bowl 1) (put this in the pot with boiled water)
- Add the sifted flour and cocoa powder into this as well
- In a separate bowl (bowl 2), mix the eggs and granulated sugar with the electric mixer
- Mix till it's fluffy like the picture
Mix Again

- Put half of bowl 2 into bowl 1 and mix it well
- Then put the other half into the bowl and mix it well
Bake

- Put the mix into the cake mold
- Put it in oven bake for around 40min at 170° (Oven should already be pre-heated)
Decoration
- Once it's done, take it out of the oven, and cool it
- Optional: Melt white chocolate and put it on the cake and add dried raspberries on it
