Chocolate Brownie

Step 1: Ingredients

Ingredients:

Unsalted Butter – 185g

Dark chocolate – 100g

Milk Chocolate – 85g

Caster sugar – 250g

Large eggs- 3

Plain flour – 110g

Vanilla extract – 1Tea Spoon

Walnuts -140g (Optional)

Step 2: Prepare

Pre heat oven to 160C.

Grease a 9'' baking pan with butter and line with a parchment paper with extra wings on sides.

Step 3: Melt Butter & Chocolate

In a double boiler melt chocolate & butter, stir occasionally to prevent burning. Set aside.

Step 4: Mix Ingredients

Egg sugar and vanilla.png

Add Egg, Sugar & Vanilla extract and whisk, do not over whisk.

Step 5: Add Ingredients

add walnut.png

Add cooled down melted chocolate & butter mixture and mix.

Add flour to the mixture & fold gently.

Add chopped Walnuts & stir.

Step 6: Bake

Pour the mixture in baking pan and level with the help of spatula.

Bake at 160C for 20-30 minutes.

Check by touching, it will be soft but not springy. Check the Video
