Chocolate-Banana Ice Cream With a Blender (No Ice Cream Maker)
This recipe is super easy and does not require a ICE CREAM MAKER. A blender and banana is the main hero of this recipe. This can be considered as a one ingredient recipe with only Banana. But to enhance the flavor we can add nuts, syrup as we like.
I was amazed by the magic of banana which gave the ice cream a creamy texture. Frozen banana, when blended in a blender, becomes the most incredible, sweet, soft-scoop textured 'icecream'.
I have used a Morphy Richard Hand Blender. People who are one diet and craving for some dessert this is a perfect recipe with no added sugar. :)
Ingredients :
2 ripe bananas
1 tsp. cocoa powder
Vanilla extract - 0.5 tsp
Equipments Needed:
