The 3 things you will need to do.
A cake, Marshmallow Fondant and rice krispies treats.

I have use 3 different size of pan for the cake, use the flavor you like for the cake, same thing for the fondant use the color and flavor you wish. The dragon body is made of rice krispies treats.
For the decorations, use candy around the cake and for the dragon mouth use a big gum ball. Add some pastry fireworks on top of the cake. Et voila!

The dragon is made of rice krispies and cover with blue Marshmallow Fondant. It takes around 12 hours to make 150 dragon-scales. I have used a cookie cutter to form my dragon-scales.
Start at the end of the tail, the dragon-scales should be bigger at the end of the tail and getting smaller near the head. Roll some small balls of fondant to make the dragon-scales for the face that you press on the face body to make it flat.
For the decorations, use candy around the cake and for the dragon mouth use a big gum ball. Add some pastry fireworks on top of the cake.
