Ingredients:

• 2 chicken breasts (ground)

• 1 onion (minced)

• salt and pepper to taste

• canned pineapple rings

• sour cream (1 tsp per ring)

• shredded cheese

Mix ground chicken with onion, salt, and pepper.

Grease baking tray, form meat patties

Place a pineapple ring on each, add 1 tsp sour cream inside.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 200°C (~390°F) for 45 minutes.
