Chicken Sandwich
This sandwich is a perfect mix of sweet and salty, it has crunch but mixes perfectly in with everything. It is a chicken salad sandwich, but it has a tropical twist and has pineapple mixed in the chicken salad. You might think that fruit on a sandwich is not going to be good but I assure you the elements of each ingredient fit together perfectly.

Precut or fresh pineapple, chicken salad, sourdough bread, a spread knife,
Preparing Pineapple
With you sharp knife, cut your pineapple into little cubes approximately 2x1 OR use canned pineapple. I recommend about 8 chunks of pineapple for this but you can add or take off as many as you want.
