Chicken Ritz Casserole

Do you love Ritz crackers, chicken and rice!?

Have you ever tried putting those three things together?!?!

Have you ever cooked a large meal specifically so that you could have leftovers only to realize that you ate all of it in one sitting!?!?!?!??!?!??!?!?

Then this meal is for you! One of our favorites! Just keep on reading and tell us what you think! =D

Ingredients

8oz Sour Cream

1 Jar (Pint) of Canned Chicken

I can (10-12oz) Cream of Chicken

1 package of Ritz crackers

1/2 cube of Butter

Salt and Pepper

Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 350F.

Cream of Chicken Mixture

In a medium size bowl mix 8oz of Sour Cream with 1 can (10-12oz) of Cream of Chicken.

Shred Canned Chicken

Use 1 jar (1 pint) of canned chicken. Shred the chicken. Once chicken is shredded add to Cream of Chicken mixture and stir until mixed completely.

Fill the Pan

Pour mixture into 9x9 inch pan, spread evenly throughout pan. Salt and Pepper to liking.

Ritz Topping

Crumble one package of Ritz and pour into a small bowl.

Melt 1/2 cube of butter. Pour melted butter in Ritz bowl and mix well. Pour Ritz evenly over chicken mixture.

Put It All Together

Place in oven for about 20 minutes or until chicken mixture is bubbling. Serve over rice.
