Chia Pudding

For me the super food I would love to eat is chia.

why?

Because I can't eat this much leafy greens to use up fibre in them.

Being a patient of chronic constipation, chia was my survival seed :) ( hope i don't supper in my late 40z)

The reason I adore this pudding is because I absolutely love the factor of good nutrients in this pudding :)

Chia Pudding

you will need

  • half cup milk
  • 1 tsp cocoa power ( exclude if you don't want chocolate flavour)
  • dried or fresh mulberry **(a few pieces )
  • walnuts (2)
  • 1.5 tsb chia seeds
  • Raisins (a few pieces )
  • pomegranate seeds ( garnish)
  • one ripe banana
  • orange zest ( garnish)

** wana know what is mulberry?

for pakistanis it is shahtoot.

Mix All Ingredients

except walnuts, half mulberry and half raisins.

leave for a hour.

after that blend them in a blender
