Chewy Fudge Brownies
Hi, I’m Jada Tuttle. I help individuals get back to the life they want to live. After just a few quick minutes effortless brownies will be ready! By making my brownies life will be much better. I am going to show how to do it in just 5 easy steps. Studies show that a housewife did not have baking powder and improvised with this new treat. With that new blend she created the chewy fudge brownies that everyone loves to this day.
Ingredients
Right off the bat get 2 large eggs, ¼ cup water, and ½ cup vegetable oil. The 2 eggs will make a more fudge-like brownie. 3 eggs will make a more cake-like brownie. Start to think about the pan size being wanted. The smaller the pan the thicker the brownies will be, but will take longer in time to finish baking. I would recommend doing 13 x 9 inch, but you can also do 9 x 9 or 8 x 8.
Preparation
The opening move of making the brownies is the preparation. Find a pan that will be holding the mixture. Preheat oven to 350 degrees for metal and glass plans, 325 degrees for dark or coated pan. Now, grease the bottom of the pan just to insure the brownies don’t stick too hard to the bottom of the pan.
Mixing
To come next is mixing all ingredients together. In order to start mixing find a fairly large bowl just to make sure it all fits. Once found, proceed to emptying brownie mix, eggs, water and oil into the bowl. After that is all combined start to stir. All the ingredients should be stirred well enough to where it is completely blended (about 50 strokes). Once everything is blended nicely spread it evenly into the greased pan.
Finalization
Now is the final process and will be ready to eat soon! After making sure the oven is completely preheated to 350 degrees set it in the center of the oven. If pan size is 13 x 9 do 21-23 minutes in the oven. If using a dark or coated pan add 3-5 minutes to that. Assure the brownies are done and ready by sticking a toothpick 1 inch from the edge of the pan and it coming out clean.
Enjoy
After carefully using mitts to take out the pan of brownies let cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before cutting and serving. Once cooled I like to use a butter knife to effortlessly cut about 3 rows going the long way and 6 rows going up and down. Then after no time at all there are yummy brownies to enjoy and/or take to special events for everyone to love!
