Cheesy Tomato Bread
This is the best cheesy tomato bread! Very easy to make. You can use either a half loaf of Italian or Cibatta bread, your choice ( I prefer the Cibatta, but the one shown here I used the Italian).
Ingrediants you will need:
A loaf of either Italian or Cibatta bread
Onion and Chive Cream Cheese
Fresh Tomatoes
Large slices of Mozarella Cheese
PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 350
Simply cut your loaf of bread in half length wise
Cover the entire half with the cream cheese
Slice tomatoes fairly thin and place on the loaf covering most the bread
Cover the tomatoes with the large slices of Mozarella cheese.
Place on an oven baking sheet and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, then turn your over (electric ovens) to broil for about 5-7 minutes allowing the cheese to bubble and brown.
Remove and slice into preferred size sections and serve!
