Cheesy Meatballs

If you are someone who thinks that meatballs are delicious,

but are too difficult to make for yourself, then this recipe is for you. Anyone can make wonderful, restaurant quality meatballs at home. By following these easy steps, you will have a delicious meal in no time.

Cookware:

Large mixing bowl

Large frying pan

Spoon

Ingredients:

1 block (8oz) mozzarella cheese

2 lbs ground beef

2 eggs

½ cup milk

8 oz can tomato sauce

1 cup bread crumbs

½ cup chopped onion

2 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

½ tsp garlic powder

½ cup Parsley

2 8 oz cans tomato sauce

1 6 oz can tomato paste

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp basil

In a Large Sauce Pan or Skillet, Combine Tomato Sauce, Tomato Paste, Garlic Powder, Oregano, and Basil. Stir Until Combined.

Warm Sauce Over Medium Heat

Dice the Cheese Into ½ Inch Blocks

In a Large Mixing Bowl, Combine Ground Beef, Egg, Milk, Bread Crumbs, Onion, and Seasonings

Mix Gently With Hands Until Combined

Take a Spoonful of Meat Mixture and Mold Into a Ball Around a Piece of Cheese

Repeat for Remaining Meat

Wash Your Hands After Touching Raw Meat Before Moving on to the Next Step

Place Meatballs in a Circle Around the Pan With the Sauce, Spooning Extra Sauce Over the Top of the Meatballs

Cover, and Cook on Medium High for 25-30 Minutes

You May Have Extra Meatballs That Do Not Fit in the Pan. You Can Either Cook These As a Second Batch in the Same Pan, Add a Second Pan, or Bake Them in an Oven Set to 400° for 30 Minutes.
