You want to head up a griddle to grill panini on medium-high heat.

Chop up the hot-dog into pieces. Once the griddle is hot, place the hot-dog on the griddle and cover it. Let it simmer for about a minute or two or until the hot dog looks cooked.

Making Your Quesadilla

Once the hot-dog is cooked, take it off the griddle. Then place your taco tortilla on the griddle, and place the hot-dog pieces on top. Then you want to put a variety of cheese on your quesadilla. I used cheddar and crumbling cheese to make it extra cheesy. Once you have put the hot-dog pieces and the cheese on the taco tortilla, fold your quesadilla in half using a spatula and cover it on the griddle. Once it starts to make a crackling noise or whenever the cheese starts to spill off the tortilla, take it off the griddle and serve on a dish.

Cutting and Eating Your Quesadilla

Once on the plate, let the quesadilla cool for about 3 minutes. Then you want to take a steak knife and cut your quesadilla in half. After you've done that, cut each of the halves in half again, trying to make it look as much as triangles as possible. I know my picture looks a little bad as I cut it in triangles, but you know what I mean. Enjoy your cheesy hot-dog quesadillas!
