Hey guys! Thank's so much for making me runner up in the PVC Contest! I tried several ways until I found the most efficient and cheap way to wash my dog. This weighs about 3.5 pounds and is very easy to maneuver. I hope you enjoy it!

What You Need

You will need:

  • 67 inches of 3/4 pvc pipe (See plan)
  • 4 3/4 inch pvc elbow
  • 1 3/4 inch pvc tee
  • 1 3/4 inch pvc female adapter

The Plan

I made my dog washer just big enough to fit my dog, you can adjust the measurements to fit your dog. You will need exactly 67 inches to make this model of the washer.

Assemble the Frame

Connect the two 7.5 inch pieces of pvc and the 8 inch piece of pvc with the tee, and connect the two 18 inch pieces with the 16 inch, and the 7.5 inch pieces. Also connect the female adapter to the end of the 8 inch piece.

Drilling the Holes

Make a straight line on each of the pieces of pvc with a dry erase marker, and make lines 2" apart along the line. Use a 1/8" drill bit to drill the holes. Once done, turn holes to face the center.

Finishing Touches

Now you can wipe off the dry erase marker on the pipe, and use a sanding bit to get rid of the excess from the drilling.

Enjoy!
