Today were are going to take a look at Charcoal Smoked Ribs Tips For Beginners, we are going to need:
- Charcoal Grill
- Charcoal/ briquettes
- Newspaper or Paper Towel or twigs or branches to light up charcoal
- Paper Towel
- 3 or 4 Tablespoon of Cooking oil
- Chimney Starter
- Lighter
- Grilling tongs
- Grill cleaning scrapper/brush ( or aluminum foil)
- wood chunks or wood chips
- Aluminum foil or butcher paper
- bbq rub or follow recipe
- and last ribs or meat that you will be smoking
Rub Recipe
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Paparika
- 1 Tablespoon Chilli powder
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon Black pepper
- 1 Tablespoon oregano
Optional: remove and discard Fats and rib membrane
