Changing Cutting Wheel
.jpg)
Hi my name is Griffin
Radke. I like to help people learn the proper way to change cutting wheels on grinders and other power tools, in a fast and easy way. Some people have the fear of cutting a finger or hitting their knuckles while trying to do this. I help them do this in a safe and effective way. I’m going to show you all the steps you need to get this done so quickly your boss will be proud. I’m going to show you a killer way to get back to the job as quick as possible. You probably already know this but, changing a cutting wheel is a key part of working on the job.

Step 3: Take 5/32 allen wrench and place in screw
head.

Step 4: Turn the allen wrench counter-clock wise until
screw is removed.

Step 5: Take spacer off the cutting disc and place to
the side along with screw.

Step 6: Take old cutting disc and toss in the trash.

Step 7: Put new cutting disc on tool and center as best
as possible.

Step 8: Put the spacer on the cutting disc with the
flat side up.

Step 9: Put screw back in and tighten, clockwise.

Step 10: Remove wrench from behind the disc and check
tightness. https://youtu.be/0PJB3ySrqaE
